Ah, the twenties - those simple, clean lines, that unfussy sensibility. Actually, this is pretty good for the times; they mnanaged to hold the room to three different patterns, not counting the rug, or the wallpaper.

Odd how few people clamor to have rooms done in this retro style, isn't it? You don't see any boomers buying an old house, doing everything up in 20s styles, wearing 20s style clothing around the house, pretending they're Jazz Age folk, going blind from bad liquor. Only the 50s and 60s have that appeal. It's possible we just trashed most of this stuff, and aside from a few cat-urine-soaked homes occupied by recluses who inherited the place, there aren't any 20s-style bathroom fixtures to be found in sufficient quantities.
