Nevermind that castle in the foreground - look at the three-story pile to the left of the center. It’s the Morton House, built around 1860. It belonged to Levi P. Morton, Veep of the US from 1889-93, and later ambassador to France. (He received the Statue of Liberty on behalf of the US.) (Symbolically, of course.) The photo below shows the addition - the building became a commercial property and a hotel later in life. The Ghost Photo is next.
