Okay, uh - what the hell? This looks like some sort of long-tailed monkey orgy on the bottom, and a random meat-jumble on top. Why did they put these things on the buildings at all? No one from the street could make out the details; I shot this from across the street with the digital zoom maxed out.

I don't know why they did it, but I'm glad they did; the entire city is full of details like this, waiting for someone to invent better cheaper cameras.
