The Hotel Commodore. Another illustrated view - this one romanticizes Gotham just a bit, with sleek planes flying above, a strange thin skyscraper on the center left, a gigantic circulatory organ surrounding the hostel, and a tiny munchkin skyscraper village on the lower left. Aside from that, it's utterly accurate.
