The Plaza Hotel. The postcard says "new" Plaza, because there was a Plaza Hotel on this spot from 1890 to 1905. It was a mere eight floors. This is an interesting place to stay, but a little too cold and guilded for my tastes; it's like living in Ivana Trump's uterus.
