Grew up, got geeky. Got glasses in fourth grade; got into comics; got into sci-fi and rocket ships and aliens. After that it was the usual miseries of middle school (fat kid) and the usual triumphs and heartbreaks of high school - not so fat anymore, but still remembering how I was called "bubble butt," getting into speech and debate, traveling all over the tri-state area for tournaments, amassing trophies. Off to college. That portion of life we can leave for another site. Next up: career!
