By whom? Jerry, obviously. Which brings up the old question: does the flip-take occur simultaneously with the utterance of the Violently-Ordinary Rejoinder, or milliseconds afterwards? If it took a few seconds to sink in, would someone be knocked out of the panel later, long after the words had faded?
