Why are the lobbies always empty? Do they have to set off the fire alarm before sending in the photographers?
The matchbook hails from the 60s, and seems to imply that horse-drawn buggies were somehow part of the Graver tradition. I don’t know why they’d remind people of the era when there was one bathroom per floor, except to give you that comforting “Good Old Times” feeling some people get when they think of phaetons and horseplop.
