CITY HALL. Not the most coherent building ever constructed, but that’s what happens when you build them in stages.  Look at the façade on the right side: it’s like one of those puzzles where you slide blocks around to form a pattern or picture.

Five front doors? No; this was also a fire  station, so the horses bolted out the middle doors when the occasion required. Just to confuse things a little more, the second door on the left is horse-wide, but has a keystone instead of an arch. Fine. I’m sure they figured it out.
