Crazier, less mentally stable, than Silly Putty? Perhaps. Silly Putty could just be full of high spirits, but "Nutty" Putty may have stability issues. I don't recall "Silly Putty" ever having a description this sad: "leave it alone and it sinks into a tired little puddle." Don't we all.
