Jerry isn't the only one who can speak while being flipped, though. Experience has given Givney the chance to master his situation, and make a quip while he's in the first stage of a flip.
The idea that this quip settles the matter, and that Jerry should pick up the marbles because he won, seems a bit of an overreach. What I want to know is whether Jerry said RR or Railroad.
I don't think anyone said "Arr-arr Tracks."
