The Flash has followed some boomerangs that stole necklaces and took them over the ocean. At first he suspects Rear-Admiral Pearlsnatch, but once he realizes the boomerangs are headed for Aussieland, the fiendish plot – and its clever mastermind – become apparent. It’s Buck-Private Didgeridoo! Only he could craft a plot this fiendish.

Obviously we’re in Australia, since there’s a churlish ewok-ish eucalyptus junkie in the first panel, looking for a fix in the “simulated outback plain.” Of course the simulated outback plain holds a genuine lair fancy, as we see in the third panel.

Note also the chairarms and the ashtray: blimey, the man knew how to accessorize.

The Flash comes, and there's a fight, during which Boomerang deploys the dreaded Guaranteed-Return Chair Arms; it's over quickly, after which the Flash runs back to the United States for another plot that has nothing to do with Captain "Old" Boomerang whatsoever.

He was the cover villain, and he's not even worth extraditing?
