This is so disturbing I don't know where to begin. Either that's a very young Dr. Loveless (Jim West's dwarfish nemesis on "Wild Wild West") or it's a kid who stuck his head in the shoe-store flouroscope a few too many times. Everything about the picture (which hails from 1952) looks wrong - the items on the table float, disconnected to anything else; the table itself doesn't really seem to be there, the glassware is HUGE and rather unreal, and the small girl, on closer inspection, is painted up like a china doll. Oh, and the goose has laid a gigantic black egg, or an olive the size of a child's kidney.
