The shortcakes look better, but it depends on the quality of the tuna. The cheap stuff with oil is best fed to the cat.  I seem to remember all tuna of the era had a high potential barf quotient, but that's because it ended up in white-sauce hotdishes that made the menfolk reach for the pepper. And possibly the ketchup.

What, ketchup on tuna is wrong? What's that tomato doing there, then?
