If there’s anything that defines the concept of an oxymoron, it might be “Velveeta Variety.”

But that’s not true, or very nice. Many people love Velveeta. Many of them are over nine. Used correctly, it can certainly add a welcome dash of congealed fluid to your tabletop, and as we’ll soon see it can also add color, as well as act as a Firming Agent.
