One of the most storied and retold domestic miracles: the levitation of the eggs. St. Tabitha, we are told, lived in a split-level grotto by herself in chaste contemplation. Over the years she gained the strength to move objects with the power of her faith, and here we see the moment she discovers her abilities: the door has opened by itself, and the row of eggs is slightly raised in anticipation.

She would later become pregnant by the power of moving things around with her mind, including the fellow who read the meter.
