Sometimes they just put up a picture and let you figure out which one it is.

This is the Gas Exhibits building, of all things. The slabs were 90 feet tall, and surrounded The Court of Flame. Of course they glowed at night: blue and yellow.

Inside you could see The Home of Tomorrow, which was gas-assisted, naturally; it was "modern without being modernistic," which meant up-to-date but not chilly and peculiar like those freethinkers would build.

In 1940 they mixed it up a bit, and added the Gas Wonderland - this book says it had "mystery gardens, disappearing dwarfs, flaming cactus plants, and Tiny Town with talking houses."

They got a bit less idealistic the second time around.
