1967. Hello: these are really quite modern graphics. Ugly, yes, but modern indeed for 1964 . . .
Hold on. Now. I've been using one of those "online" discography "databases" found on the "information superhighway," and it says this is a 1964 album. I doubted that at first, because of the graphics; that's more Laugh-In era style. Sure enough, a little poking finds a reference to this as his "latest" album in 1967, and what's more, "Winchester Cathedral" wasn't a hit until 1966.
Here's some of Winchester. It's like listening to a really good orator try to talk while a moron is attempting to tell a bad joke.
