We had a boat like that, but it was gold. Didn't have a towable raft, but don't know anyone who did - it was either skiis or tubing. Now and then we'd get into some weeds, and the cotter pin that made it possible for the prop to spin would snap - my dad would have to go in the water and replace it, because otherwise, you're just out there with no way to get back.
Bailey's is still around - a family-run resort, and, we presume, still offering a "completely modern housekeeping cabins in the pines." Really: they have wifi.
