This guy doesn’t even have his name on the bill. The high denomination and lack of an ID would suggest he was known to all. It’s possibly Bolivar himself in another interpretation. I feel I should know this, but it’s typical; most Americans don’t give a tremendous amount of thought to Bolivia, even though it’s an old old country with a fascinating, messy history. Google around and learn something today, if you like.
