It’s a name that would put a smile on a Roman emperor’s shade: Marco Aurelio Soto. He was a reforming president of Honduras, founded the National Library, governed from 1876 to 1883. Says wikipedia:

Soto's presidency was threatened by the Guatemalan government of Justo Rufino Barrios, and for this reason he fled the country, leaving it in the hands of a council of ministers.

There has to be more to it than that.
