ARABIAN MOTEL, Arab AL

The sign looks drawn, but it’s probably just retouching. The Arabian is located in Arab, which is pronounced AY-rab. Seriously: as Wikipedia says,  “The name of the city is pronounced "AY-rab" and was an unintentional misspelling by the US Postal Service, in 1882, of the city's intended name, taken from the son, Arad Thompson, of founder Stephen Tuttle Thompson.”

Nearby towns of Onan and Gonad, named after men named Anon and Galad, can sympathize.

The back says "The South's Finest," which is possible, but unlikely.

Still around! And the bench is still there, too.
