A Travelodge now. It was the "High Plains Finest" in its time, and not only had 81 meeting rooms, but a pool and a Tap Room.
A picture of the marquee, here. Seems large enough to have been a collaborative effort, something a group of investors decided to do. Why? To make some money.
But also to build something. To walk through the restaurant and see people enjoying their hamburgers and tuna sandwiches, and think: we did this. And folks seem to like it.
