Could be the same place. It's possible they put up circular lobby / restaurant buildings all over Waltham. After all, the city was looking ahead: the back of the card says the motel was located "in the heart of the Electronic Highway."

The back also says: "Spacious well-appointed 'Gourmet' dining room. Intimate 'Unicorn' cocktail lounge." So they put an adjective in quotes, then the proper name of another place. Unless the dining room is called the Gourmet.

Note: the circular pavillion has a juicer on top.
