The HQ for Northwestern Life, and the centerpiece of the Gateway project. This building - based, supposedly, on a Roman temple at Nimes - was designed by M. Yamasaki, who is perhaps my least favorite architect in the world. (He's also responsible for the other big dull white NWL building on Washington Av, and for the relentlessly ordinary World Trade Towers.)
