This would have been the most impressive hotel in town. How they would have turned the old building into this, I've no idea. Well, that's not entirely true. If this is 11th, then the 1926 tower would have been behind the tower on the left side, one of three. The Auditorium would have been demolished, and the tower and wings on the right erected in its place.

This was front page news in 1929; for some reason, nothing came of the plans.
