The Twins. This would have been a fabulous building; it makes sense from every angle. The space between the two towers mirrors the space in the atrium of Government Center across the street, and it pays homage to the City Hall tower a block away - while simultaneously providing a terminus for the area around the Government Center.
A tall order, neatly accomplished.
