It's the sort of phrase that could only come from the Age of the Reign of the Technocrats: “Salton Sea, a project of the Holly Corporation.”
What remains of note here is the motel sign in the background. This font is such a retro cliche now that actually seeing an example of it in real-world usage is a bit of a shock. But there it is.
