“Here Comes the Grump.”

This is not the Grump.

The Grump rides around on this dragon - “but barely,” as the press release says. “The allergic dragon sneezes a lot which causes the Grump to fall a lot.”

Oh.

This was a DePatie-Freleng joint, and ran for one season in 1969 for seven episodes, which were subsequently repackaged as “The Grump and Dragon Hour,” “Grump and Friends,” “Grumpy-Doo Mystery Movies,” and finally the “Nabisco Sugar-Delivery Vehicles Present Another Garish Witless Crapfest.”

Or not.

You must always be at your best / you can't afford to rest / HERE COMES THE GRUMP

You must always be at your best / you can't afford to rest / HERE COMES THE GRUMP

It's not exactly carpe diem, but the same sentiment applies.
